Program Note

Utterly as the sunlight is a meditation on light and transformation; subtle shifts in texture and density guide the piece through a fragile, intimate soundscape. From expansive lyricism to athletic, fluttering runs, the piece depicts sunlight passing through a window, transforming the colors of your bedroom as a day passes by.
