i'm nicole—i'm a composer/improvisor based in Ann Arbor. i got my M.M. here 2 years ago. i love making graphic scores & i'm looking for some work... i wanna build my portfolio + give you something cool in the process.

So, i'm offering super-affordable, student-priced commissions on a sliding scale from 50$-150$.

what you get:

• a 1-2 page, semi-notated, semi-graphic, fully custom score for a solo instrument

• a chance to add a commission to your CV

• we can collab together if you have any ideas for a piece/melody/textures you wanna explore

• i'll submit our work to Score Follower, so a chance at some cool visibility

• a framed print of ur score + my eternal gratitude

• musicians who love improvisation + visual art

• a premiere soon-ish, plus 2-3 performances over the scope of like, two years or whatever makes sense

• a decent audio recording (phone mic is okay, as long as there's no hum/buzzing etc)
